1. Certification Introduction

CCC certification is China's compulsory product certification, with the English name China Compulsory Certification, abbreviated as CCC certification or 3C certification.

Products listed in the compulsory product certification catalog must be certified as qualified by a nationally designated certification body, obtain the relevant certificate, and affix the certification mark before they can be manufactured, imported, sold, or used in business service locations.

2. Significance of Certification

(1) 3C certification is a mandatory certification and serves as a pass to enter the domestic market; CCC is a domestic compulsory certification. If selling domestically, it mainly depends on whether your company's products fall within the 3C compulsory catalog. If they do, 3C certification must be obtained. With 3C certification, companies can enhance the recognition of their products. If the product is exported, having the 3C certification mark can reduce certain items in export testing.

(2) Products and companies with 3C certification are more easily recognized, boosting customer confidence, shaping the corporate image, and increasing visibility. Products without 3C certification are difficult to sell.

Products included in the "Compulsory Product Certification Catalog" cover 16 categories and 96 types, including household appliances, electric tools, lighting appliances, household gas appliances, toys, etc.
